Islam in a word
About MSA
Founded in 1969, the Muslim Students' Association is an organization dedicated to serving the Muslim students on campus and educating the campus community about Islam and Muslims. We carry out Islamic activities, sponsor community service and charity events, and strengthen relations and understanding between Muslims and people of other faiths.
We are 1 of 40 MSA Chapters located in the MSA National's East Zone Region of the USA. For more information on the history of the Muslim Students' Association in the US and Canada, please visit the MSA National Website at www.msanational.org.
Since re-establishment in 1997, the MSA and the University have accumulated a vast network of alumni who have gained various experiences in their respected professions. We are proud to announce our Pitt MSA Alumni Network, which can be accessed from the links on our Contact Page.
