Now closing in on finals, we are busier than ever with our school work. It will occupy our minds nonstop between now and the end of the semester. Although they are very important, in busy times such as this, we tend to lose sight as to what really is most important — fulfilling our duties as Muslims in this life so we're granted paradise in the next life insha'Allah. We must strive to do everything for the sake of Allah. By making that our intention, we allow ourselves to be successful not only in the dunyah but the akhirah as well. Let us not lose sight of what's most important, so we must make sure to pray on time, call our parents, make time for remembrance of Allah and seek guidance and forgiveness from Him. Study hard and good luck! #100daysofdeen #day29

"And if you are grateful, I will surely give you more." (Quran 14:7)
The word Alhamdulillah is both to praise God and also to thank Him.
God says only few of us are actually grateful. Strive to be of those people. It's is hard to remember to be grateful sometimes when we are desensitized to all the small blessings because we have them all the time and are constantly around them. Take sometime to reflect on a blessing that you take for granted such as walking and say alhamdulillah.

The Prophet ﷺ said, “Verily your Lord is Generous and Shy. If His servant raises his hands to Him (in supplication) He becomes shy to return them empty.” (Ahmad, Abu Dawud, Tirmidhi)
Come try on a hijab today at tower's lobby from 10-12pm! Then post a picture and a reflection and #pitthijabchallenge :)
You don't have to worry about failure when you do something with the purest of intentions and put your best into it just for Allah.
"And my success is not but through Allah. Upon him I have relied, and to Him I return."

Do you read Surat Al-Mulk every night before bed?
It's only 30 ayahs long, takes a few minutes and according to saheeh hadiths, it protects you from the punishment of the grave and also intercedes for you in the day of judgement.
If you don't, will you start today?
Try to make it a habit!
"There is a Surah which will plead for its reciter till it causes him to enter paradise (Tabarakalladhi Biyadihil Mulk)." -Prophet Muhammad (PBUH)

"Do you not see how Allah gave the example of comparing a good word with a good tree, whose roots are firm and its branches are in the sky?"[Ibrahim 14:24]
Ali bin Abi Talhab reported that Abdullah bin Abbas commented that Allah's statement,(a parable: a good word), refers to testifying to La ilaha illallah, (none has the right to be worshipped but Allah) while,( a good tree), refers to the believer, and that,(whose roots are firm), indicates that La ilaha illallah is firm in the believers' heart,(and its branches are in the sky) with which the believer's works are ascended to heaven.
